Team Management
Invite team members and viewers to your FixSense dashboard. Manage roles and permissions.
Overview
FixSense lets you share your dashboard with your team. Invite colleagues by email — they sign in with Google and instantly see the same failure analyses, trends, and auto-fix results.
There are three roles in FixSense: Owner, Member, and Viewer.

Owner
The person who connected the repository to FixSense. Owners sign in with their CI provider account (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket). There is one owner per installation.
Member
Team members invited by email. Members have full dashboard access and can invite both new members and viewers. Members count toward your plan's member limit.
Viewer
Read-only access to the dashboard. Viewers can see all analyses and give feedback, but cannot invite members — only other viewers. Viewers are unlimited on all plans.
Inviting Team Members
- Open the Dashboard
- Click the Team button in the top navigation
- Enter the person's email address
- Select the role: Member or Viewer
- Click Add member
The invited person can then sign in at fix-sense.com using Sign in with Google with the same email address.
Invited team members sign in with Google — they do not need a GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account. Their access is determined by the email address you entered.
Removing Team Members
- Open the Team panel from the dashboard
- Click the X button next to the person's email
- Their access is revoked immediately
Member Limits by Plan
Members count toward your plan limit. Viewers are always unlimited.

If you've reached your member limit, you can still invite viewers. Upgrade your plan to add more members.
Multiple Repositories
If you have multiple repositories connected to FixSense, the Team panel shows a repository picker. Select which repository you want to manage team members for — each repository has its own team list.

Viewers can only invite other viewers. Members and owners can invite both roles.
FAQ
Can I change someone's role after inviting them?
Not directly. Remove them and re-invite with the new role.
Do invited members count toward my analysis limit?
No. The analysis limit is per installation (repository), not per user. All team members share the same quota.
Can I invite someone to multiple repositories?
Yes. Add their email to each repository's team list separately using the repository picker.
